I thought it would be no problem to spread 100 bags of mulch at the age of 62. It cause extreme hip and lower back pain. I tried a chiropractor for three months with little improvement. I heard about Grant at Waco Body Mechanics and he fixed my problems in one visit! I highly recommend Grant at Waco Body Mechanics!

My husband went in to see Grant for a debilitating lower back issue, and he was able to help him get back on his feet. Grant was very knowledgable and took ample time to explain things and answer all our questions. He even sent him home with some techniques to help with his lower back problems that still help, even to this day. We would absolutely recommend others to see him!

After having back surgery at 18 I thought I was doomed one day after slipping off the dozer. I came hobbling in and Mr.John Patterson looked at me and said "Boy you are messed up" don't worry though Brian will fix you within a hr and a half I could walk straight and not hurt. To this day I highly recommend Brian and his staff to anyone in pain like the pain I was in. If he can't fix you then you really got problems! Thanks Brian still pain free at 40!

I’ve been going to see Tim and Dan for about 9 years. When I was in high school my parents discovered that I have a hemi-vertebrae and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I tried to play sports in high school and it began to flare up. My parents found Body Mechanics from doing lots of research and asking around. They were very highly recommended. My parents had faith that they could help me. The chiropractor helped for a day or two and then I would be back into severe pain. The chiropractor could only suggest stretching, suregery and a long list of things I should avoid doing. The very first time I visited them, they checked my alignment and posture. After that, they spent four hours or so working on me. Half way through, I was already feeling better than I had ever felt in my back. By the time they were finished I was pain free. I could stretch and stand up straight and breath deeply without any pain. Anyone who says that they don’t know what they are doing has obviously never tried them and is also brainwashed by the medical community to stay in pain for the rest of their life. Tim is a miracle worker! I was in severe pain for over a week before I saw him. I first tried going to a chiropractor who did next to nothing for me. I described my pain to Tim and then he spent several minutes checking different points on my body. After that, he and two assistants worked on me for 2 hours. They re-aligned my entire body from my toes to my neck. Not just the area that was in pain.. When I walked out of there I was pain free. I highly recommend Tim to anyone.
